Before you confirm

Your agreed itinerary, supplier arrangements, total price, payment schedule, cancellation conditions and any refund terms must be provided and accepted before a booking is confirmed. Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the services and suppliers in your written quotation. Ask us to clarify these conditions before you accept an arrangement or make a payment.
