Privacy information

Your enquiry information

The enquiry form collects the details you choose to provide, including contact information, travel plans and preferences, to help Amusing Lanka Tours discuss your trip. Required consent relates to responding to your enquiry.

Storage and access

Enquiries and tour proposals are stored privately and available through protected access. The tour planner also keeps a recovery copy in your browser. Saved draft links grant private access for 7 days; anyone with a link can open it. Submitted proposals are preserved as the details sent for review. Email delivery shares the request with our configured sending service and notification recipient. Driving estimates send only route coordinates to our directions provider. We do not display guest details on public pages. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.

Your choices

Contact us on WhatsApp to ask about the information you shared or request a correction or deletion. Email amusinglanka@gmail.com about access, corrections or deletion. Submitted enquiries are kept for follow-up and trip planning; contact us if you want your information removed, subject to any records we need to retain. Please share only information relevant to arranging your trip.
